This song is a love letter to my friends and bandmates from high school in suburban New Jersey. Growing up in the mid-80's "Just Say No" era, we discovered ways to get beyond the conformity of the times and, at times, to keep each other from getting too far out along the way. I feel so fortunate to have these friends in my life, and to still be making music with some of them. The more things change, the more they stay the same...
